01 Introduction & Acceptance

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Account information must not be transferred to or shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount on xbagi is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits through any method other than those listed are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests can only be made through the same method used for the first deposit. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

Ensure the correct details and amount when making a deposit. The user bears full responsibility for any transaction that gets stuck due to incorrect information. xbagi does not charge any additional fees on transactions, however your payment provider's own charges may apply.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

xbagi does not tolerate any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity. In the case of any unusual transactions, our team reserves the right to review the account and request additional verification documents if necessary.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

xbagi offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — making your total balance ৳41,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete ৳18,000 (15 × ৳1,200) in bets — after which the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies only once on the first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳300 must be met to qualify for the bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering is fully completed.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited, and any such attempt will result in all accounts being closed.
• In any bonus-related dispute, xbagi's decision is final.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

05 VIP Program & Cashback

xbagi runs a four-tier VIP program to reward player loyalty and regularity. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze tier: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

06 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbagi platform:

• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain undue advantages.
• Providing false information about identity or age.

6.2 Consequences

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, xbagi may immediately suspend or permanently close the account. In such cases, deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited. The platform's decision is final and not subject to appeal.
